Do you offer a warranty on your engagement rings and fine jewellery?
Yes, we provide a lifetime manufacturing warranty against defects. This excludes general wear and tear, accidental damage, or work performed by a third-party jeweller. We recommend a complimentary inspection every six months.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day exchange or store credit for change-of-mind purchases, provided the item is in original condition with all certificates. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are non-refundable.
